3. Payment and Fees

Payment Terms:
Detailed payment terms, including deposit requirements, milestone payments, and final payment conditions, will be specified in your service agreement.

Refunds:
Fees are non-refundable except as otherwise provided in the service agreement.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Final Deliverables:
Upon full payment, you will obtain rights to the final website design delivered.

Preliminary Work:
All preliminary designs, concepts, and proprietary methodologies remain the property of Lumi Build LLC.

License:
We grant you a license to use the final deliverable for your business purposes. Any additional usage beyond what is specified must be negotiated separately.

5. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service “As Is”:
Our services are provided on an “as is” basis. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of Liability:
To the extent permitted by law, Lumi Build LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the fees you have paid for the services rendered.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law:
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah.

Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Salt Lake City, Utah. We encourage amicable resolution through direct negotiation prior to initiating legal proceedings.
